Muhammet Tekinbas
Muhammet Tekinbas is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in overseeing large-scale construction projects. His portfolio includes the successful management of the Yanbu Power and Desalination Plant, Rabigh II Refining & Petrochemical Project, Duba Water Desalination Plant, and the Hawiyah Unayzah Gas Reservoir Storage Project. He has also been instrumental in the KAEC Solar Water Desalination Plant. In addition to his role as Director of Operations, Mr. Tekinbas serves as the Chairman of the Board at NOKA and oversees all operations at EEC.

Bugra Asiltas is a visionary leader with a strong professional background in large-scale industrial projects. His expertise has been instrumental in the successful execution of landmark projects, including the ENERJISA Tufanbeyli 450 MW Thermal Power Plant, IAPP 840 MW Combined Cycle Power Plant, Hawiyah Unayzah Gas Reservoir Storage Project, Bahri Floating Desalination Project and Akkuyu Nuclear Power Plant Project.

FADHILI II GAS INCREMENT PROGRAM (PKG#4)
Execution of permanent civil works for CCC at ARAMCO’s Fadhili Gas Increment Program (Package 4), including casting of foundations, lean/screed concrete, pipe sleepers, walls, stairs, culverts, duct banks, anchor bolts and pavement works, in compliance with ARAMCO and Main Contractor (Samsung) standards.
PHOSPHATE 3 PHASE 1 PROJECT
Execution of general civil works for Ma’aden’s Waad Al Shamal Beneficiation Area under Tekfen, including cast-in-situ foundations, grade slabs, superstructure and precast works, as well as civil works of substation and laboratory buildings, in full compliance with Ma’aden and Tekfen technical specifications and project requirements.
